Relax at this peaceful residence on the edge of town with a covered porch overlooking a large shaded backyard. An open floor plan, with a granite top bar connecting the kitchen and living room, is perfect for socializing. TV's in the living room & all 3 bedrooms means everyone can catch their favorite shows. A long driveway and 2-car garage fits several cars or truck and ATV trailer. Only 10 miles from the Wolf Pen Gap west trailhead, it's a perfect place to stay for adventure or to unwind.

The house is located on the edge of town, perfect for heading to the trails or grabbing a bite at a local restaurant. Positioned at the end of the street with only one neighbor to the side and a couple of houses across the road, the shaded and tranquil backyard will make you feel like you're far from town.

Two couches and a chair in the living room provide plenty of seating. A large granite bar seats four and is a great place to work or eat meals. The dining room table also seats four. All four TV's have Roku for streaming and Fubo is provided for live television. High speed cable internet and wifi are available throughout the house. Wall mounted grab bars in the master bath are installed for users who require some extra help.

The entire house is accessible to guests: Living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and garage. Plus the yard surrounding the house including front porch and back deck.
