The 5th Annual Ouachita Art Celebration is a street festival of arts related activities featuring hands-on adult and kid craft and art instruction, acting and dance performances, live music, professional face painting, flint knapping, culinary demonstrations, art of falconry, fashion show, art galleries and restaurants. The OAC is held in Mena’s Downtown Arts District and is organized by Southwest Artists/Mena Art Gallery.
