Short distance to Queen Wilhelmina State Park, Wolf Pen Gap ATV trails, Rivers and Lakes all where you can enjoy fishing boating, golfing, hiking and 4 wheeling! Property has street and rear parking so there’s plenty of room for bigger vehicles.

There is 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full baths it also includes a bunk room which is not enclosed- it is stated there are 3 bedrooms because it was the only way to add the bunks

Other things to note

History:

This property was the original Southwestern Bell building built in 1950. It was later sold to Roy Riales, speaker for the House of Representatives of the State of Arkansas, who leased it to the Polk County Health Clinic. It was later purchased by Paul Tyrone Lewis an American artist who was sought after throughout the United States and internationally. Mr. Lewis used it as an art gallery.
